I just tried installing dashticz on apache webserver like someone said before and I am able to access dashticz using the ip and directory but there is no connection with domoticz. I know for sure that I have the right ip because it was working when it was in the domoticz directory.

Are you using the Domoticz Webserver or a dedicated one like nginx or Apache? You are able to protect it with an .htaccess file if you are using Apache for example.

And that you dont need it when you are in the network. Because when i create dashticz now you can just go to ip:port/directory/ and you will be in the dashboard withput any ...
