So, do you succeed using your "china only" sensor. I've got a VPN but I can't go to Mainland China, I've only found servers in Honk-Kong or Macau.
Can you use them with the android Mi Home and Flower Care applications ?

Re: Edit location from any device
In strict sense it would be logical to have one device in one room . Logical.., I like this word, especially when talking about computing. :D
In fact, if we look far beyond this roomplan problem, the problem is the lack of hierarchy between the different Domoticz items. An approach like LDAP would ...

Re: Edit location from any device
I've just understood why I thought one device could be into one roomplan only. Once selected : devices are shown by name, but into the devices selection list, they are listed by [hardware] - device name - (type/subtype) . As I thought that objects could not be into two places at the same time, I ...

Re: Edit location from any device
I don't think it will change anything for the Floorplan functionality.
My "idea" is only another way to associate a device to a plan like it is done through the Setup/more options/Plans/Roomplan. Today (and tomorrow), one device can't be associated with more than one ROOMplan.

Re: Edit location from any device
Hello,
Sorry, but I'm back again with this idea. I know some people would say, if you want it, do it yourself, yes but the only problem is that I haven't the needed skills.
I think it would be a good thing to have these features implemented in the future. As far as i know, many people ...

Re: Z-wave Nodes die for no reason
I've got also some problem with dead nodes.
When Domoticz is updated through the UI, it restarts and I often see this some minutes after.

I try to heale the node or the network but this doesn't solve anything.
And if i use the Restart System option from the menu, I've got this ...

No, it is not.
Because there is no equivalent sensor in Dz to push this information into, except storing these values as text only.

Re: [154] - CurrentCost Envir support
John -
does this support my 3 phase unit, and does it maintain a running total of the 24 hour usage? I'm not bothered about the longer running total as long as I can see how much I have consumed today and the graphs that Domoticz creates are still correct.
As far as i know, the code will not work ...

Re: [154] - CurrentCost Envir support
Hello Panser,
You're right for the cable.
But you can't use both solution at the same time.
However, there is a Current Cost device with Lan Interface in Domoticz, maybe this is for your netsmart.

John,
All is working perfectly.
I've shared these devices so I can now get also its values into my Domoticz master (which is a Rpi).
Thank you again.
Please, tell us when the functionnality will be integrated into the branch master.
