I finally found the problem! For some reason, there was a line "enable_uart=0" in the file "/boot/config.txt". I changed that zero to a one, rebooted, and then there was possible to select /dev/ttyAMA0 as port in Dometicz! See attached screenshot. Also, this time, it was possible to include devices ...
