Fixed the problem.
Reset the hub fully again. Reset the razberry after removing everything from it. Reinstalled everything and configured the network key before attempting to install anything.
Dont know what fixed it but the lock is working. It is even logging when the lock is manually locked ...

Schalge BE469 door lock timing out
I get the secure inclusion working after setting a network key. I followed this site:
