Blockly not running

Post by Philosifer »

Hello everyone,

First post here as i've only been using Domoticz (2.4031) for a few days.

I've built it on Debian linux (v8.2) following the wiki page instructions and managed to get OpenZWave working ok with a couple of Fibaro sensors but I'm struggling with Blockly.

I have some Lua scripts running such as the PIR script from the Alarm Setup wiki page but i can't seem to get Blockly to do anything. Here's a simple one i'm testing.

If i manually set the variable to 1 nothing happens. No entry in the log or anything. I do see log entries for the Lua scripts though.

Am I doing something dumb or is there some other component I should have installed? Is there any extra logging i can check?

Did you create the uservar as text? Or integer? I don't have access to blockly now (doesn't work on safari / iphone) but you are now checking for a string "1". If I remember correctly, the number blockly is a different color?

Well spotted D'rMorris. You're right the variable is an Int and I have a string to compare to it

That fixed it thanks.

One of the problems with drag and drop is you don't have think so much about what you're doing.

Let's hope my next post is more challenging for you all :D
