For that specific bulb free shipping seems to be impossible.
Normally the store offers free shipping as well.

Today i manage to control my bulbe without the limitless wifi bridge !
Using this :

It works great, and can listen about remote and wifibridge order, this can be the way to get "device updated on domoticz" when not using domoticz as controler, but don't have any competences on coding to do this...
I follow some other source to make a DIY Milight Wifi bridge (Base on esp8266 and nRF24L01 breakout board) :
