NODO vs RFLink

I want to experiment with Domoticz with RFLink control my lights etc.

I'm now using a NODO mega with one extra NODO Shield because the signal wasn't getting to all devices.
All my senders and recievers are from KAKU.

Before I want to invest I've a view questions:
What is the speed when press on a KAKU sender before the lights will go on in the following scenario's:
Sender A: on > RFLink > Raspberry Pi (Domoticz) > RFLink > Reciever A:16
Sender B: on > RFLink > Raspberry Pi (Domoticz) > RFLink > Reciever A:8, Reciever B:10, Reciever C:on
The first scenario would take ca 0.2 sec with the NODO. The second about 4 sec.
Would it take more time with Domoticz?

Is it possible to use a range extender with Domoticz? And what will it cost?

I hope someone can answer my questions.
