[SOLVED] Get HTTP motion detection alarm from camera

Hi all,

I have a GXV3611IR_HD Grandstream surveilance camera added succesfully in Domoticz. The camera has several options/actions in case of motion detection alarm is triggered. One possibility is to push custom http to a generic alarm server including variables from the camera.
My question is, is it possible to catch this http request from the camera in Domoticz and make actions on motion detection events? I see the data push option, but it seems to me it's designed to do the opposite, to push data push from Domoticz to other apps.

Thanks in advance for any help! Mauro

Ok, I've solved it!

Used the Domoticz API/Json to update a user defined variable from my ip camera (just a simple integer from 0 to 1). Then a simple blocky script event to check if the variable changes and set back to original value in 2 seconds. Here of course I can insert any possible action (notifications, light switch, etc...).

Easier than what I expected as a competely newbie of Domoticz :D

Great work!!
I've have 2 hikvisions and 2 foscams running.
Hikvisions are nearly the same as you grand stream.

How did you set up Domoticz?
Are you willing to do a "how to " ?
Best regards.....
