True two-way switch with KAKU/CICO and domoticz

I have lightbulb with a KAKU fitting switch as here:

I have equipped an existing wall switch with an integrated transmitter as here:
http://www.klikaanklikuit.nl/shop/nl/pr ... -awmt-231/
I want to be able to switch the light with both the existing wall switch and from Domoticz. I coupled the KAKU transmitter in the wall switch with the fitting switch and learned domoticz this same switch. I can turn the light on or off with both the wall switch or from domoticz, in general it works. But, when I turn the light on with the wall switch it sends an on signal to the fitting switch (OK), domoticz also detects this and knows the light is on, I can send an off signal from domoticz and the light turns off (OK). However, while the light is off, the wall switch is in the "on" position. So if I switch the wall switch, it is switched to off and sends an off signal while the light is already off, nothing happens. If I flip the switch again, an on signal is send and the light turns on. (the same story about turning off the lamp can be told) There is a delay of about 1 second between switching the wall switch and the light reacting. All in all this does not increase the WAF.
To try to fix this I decoupled the wall switch from the fitting switch. In domoticz I created a new switch which I coupled with the fitting switch and I learned the wall switch in domoticz. In domoticz I can detect when the wall switch is flipped and if this happens I can turn the light either on or off (using LUA or blocky). This functions as a classic two way switch as shown e.g. here:
http://www.electronics-project-design.c ... Switch.GIF
However, detecting if the wall switch is flipped and then sending the on or off signal to the fitting switch takes 3 seconds (maximum). Regarding WAF this is not accepted...
Do any of you guys know how to decrease the delay or have a different solution for this?
