Hi RFXcom,

I know that the 1byone driveway motion sensor and receiver is not listed as supported.
http://www.1byone.co.uk/Home-Security/Alarms/O00QH-0511

However, I'm just about to buy a set, and would like to help get them included.

UPDATE!
----------
The sensor is detected immediately as a SelectPlus Chime -

Packettype = Chime
subtype = SelectPlus
Sequence nbr = 4
ID = 004E90
Signal level = 7 -64dBi

However, if I try to transmit a chime using RFXmngr it crashes with -

Similar here, I just posted to viewtopic.php?f=17&t=5121&p=77312#p77312
My unit is the OUKQH-0499. the sensors (pir) are detected fine but I can't figure out how to pair the alarm...

Hi planetf1,
I'm trying to remember how I did it.
You can't 'pair' the alarm, all you can do is send a copy of the detector.
I think I created a manual switch, switch type doorbell, type ByronSX.
Then I set the ID to the same as the detector, and tested it.
Perhaps if the alarm is in pairing mode, you could send a different ID.

I had hoped I could manual add a switch and send whilst the alarm was in learning mode, but this didn't seem to work.
I can indeed send a copy of a paired device (so far I've just tried this with rfxmngr) but how do I "unpair" the PIR sensor (I emailed 1byone to ask about unpairing)
I want to decouple the alarm from the pir sensor, and allow domoticz to make that call....

In truth the alarm isn't critical -- it was the cheapest way to buy the sensor -- but it seems a shame it doesn't work!

The instructions mention something about -
5. Press the auto-learn button and hold for 5 seconds.
This deletes all learnt codes.

Good and bad news

Firstly I was able to create a new "switch" to specifically activate the chime without a PIR trigger. I did this by directly editing the DeviceStatus table in sqllite, and copying one of the PIR sensors with a minor modification to the unit ids. Pressing this did nothing (correctly) until I hit learn on the receiver, and then it would kick the chime off. Grest!

However still no joy unlearning the PIR sensors. they seem to retain their id over a battery replacement so I'm awaiting another email back from 1byone. They said the same as @westcott (which I don't see in my instructions) but I cannot get the ids forgotten despite leaving the chimes in a closed room

It worked for me when I held the auto=learn button down 'til it went beep.
