Aeon Labs / Aeotec DSC06106-zwus switch supported?

Hi all-- I've been using the Aeon Labs Smart Switch DSC06106-ZWUS model for some time. It seems like it works fine once you do an initial setup with OZW and Domoticz. Then when you try to switch it some time later (a month..maybe less?) it just doesn't respond. An error like:

2015-12-22 19:41:38.140  Error: OpenZWave: Node has failed (or is not alive), Switch command not sent! (NodeID: 4, 0x04)

is produced

This seems like a fairly old model of Aeon Labs' switch line but perhaps it was never fully supported by Domoticz? I bought it after having read some Amazon comments about it working with Domoticz but perhaps I jumped the gun.

Has anyone else had luck with this model of switch? thanks and Happy Holidays!
