Popp 123580 Plug-in Dimmer can't save all parameters

I'm using several Popp 123580 Plug-in Dimmer to control dimmable leds.
I want to change parameter 51,52 and 53.
But somehow I can't save this values.
Everyting seems to be ok but the new values aren't stored.
