I have a question about my raspberry with rfxcom.
Can i control zwave and klik aan klik uit together?

You can't control ZWAVE with RFXCOM.
When you also attached an ZWAVE controller next to the RFXCOM, you will be able to control both ZWAVE and KAKU.

If I buy an usb zwave stick that plugs in the raspberry, Is that enough?

Works perfectly together. The mix of different hardware is de biggest advantage of Domoticz.
I have rfxcom and Aeon Z-stick but I guess you should go for Zwave+ stick now.

That is indeed what I have: and RFXCOM E USB with a OpenZWave USB and they work very nicely together.
