How to build a sensor on a ESP8266 that Domoticz can detect.

If there a way to build a sensor or switch or.... that Domoticz can detect.
ESPEasy is ok, but i what to build something that Domoticz can detect?

Hasten anybody build a sensor only based on a esp-?? Modul that Domoticz can find?
It most bee possible, with out all the other stuff??

Or is it not possible?
