What about having domoticz talking through Chromecast by implementing a "Cast Notification" in Domoticz?

It could use google translate text-to-speech to download a MP3

and then cast it with

Hi!

I have the Google Home (wich is working as a chromecast)

I looked online and i saw it was possible to send it text's to read out...

I also read that Home Assistant has implemented this feature..

Is it also possible to get this implemented in domoticz? (probably only if running on rpi)
