Everspring SP814 \ Eminent e-domotica em6581 not working

I can include the sensor perfectly. The sensor seems to work fine. When a movement is detected the red LED lights (ON signal).
After the timemout the sensor switches back to the OFF signal (the LED lights green). So the sensor seem's to do fine !

So far so good, but in the the logging of Domoticz nothing shows up (no logging of sensor data, Enable debug = 1). Also when changing parameters and sending them. The sensor responds with the green led ( new data received ).
When asking the sensor for the current values the green LED also lights. But in Domoticz the changed setting keeps displaying the default value.

Other sensors work fine, I tried:

Chromagic Technologies Corporation HSCP02 Motion Detector (= Eminent \ e-domotica em6582)
Everspring SP103 PIR Motion Sensor

Also tried 2 USB sicks:

Z-Wave.Me ZME_UZB1 USB Stick
Aeotec Z-Stick Gen5

Same results. It seems the SP814 defenition is not OK. An OpenZWave or Domoticz problem ?

I use a Rasberry Pi with Domoticz 2.2563.

Hi Guys,

I got sp814 on domoticz since a couple of week. Until now i couln't get detection signal... But i brake configuration xml file and now signal can come.

I only obtain the wake up setting value. I think that is a very good clue. I now want to retrieve json config for this node to see whitch setting value is bad

Hi Guys,

Sensor seems to work successfull for now, with all setting options. I don't try to change but sensor send signal to domiticz
Now i process:
1 make à tgz archive with sp814.xml.
2 i move tgz into www folder of domoticz
3 i get tgz onto my Windows computer ( i need to use firebug on Firefox to add the link of my tgz to domoticz home)
4 i extract and open sp814.xml with notepad++
5 i replace all \n by \r\n
6 i select all and i copy
7 i rename original sp814.xml to xsp814.xmx
8 i launch vi sp814.xml
9 in insert mode, i paste
10 i save, and i do a n'es inclusion

Enjoy :-)

Thanks for this. I had no idea the sensor wasn't working when ordering it. Your change made it work.
I suppose this is an openzwave issue? Did you report back? Otherwise, next domoticz update will overwrite the file again :-(.

Weird: excluded, deleted devices, included again and now it works ?!?!. Only challenge is to change any of the parameters. None of them I can change :-(.

the change is the auto association of the controller to group 1 of the everspring
maybe post this on the openzwave forum, just did the same for the benext doorsensor

Hi Rob,
Makes sense as that's what I did after your benext howto :-).
Any thoughts on why I cannot change the everspring settings at all? one of them has a low sensitivity and I cannot seem to change it at all.

ps: left a message on ozw.

hm, still having problems with my em6581.
I made the xml identical to the one in the zip file, but no luck so far.
Did a new exclude/include and the sensor is detected fine, however no detecting in Domoticz, any clues?
