forecast.io predictions

Post by safi78 »

Hi guys,

I think I posted this before, not sure:

Is it hard to implement a notification on the forecast.io service on the 'prediction' value?

Or is this already usuable with LUA for instance, can't really find usefull info on this.

cheers! :)

Well, because you can :)

It's a variable that comes with a sensor, so why not.

And, could be useful in LUA. If prediction is rain, then close the sunscreen before it rains? :)

If prediction is sunny, open the sunscreen, or whatever.

But seriously, are the 'prediction' variables available in LUA? Or do you have to calculate them yourself :P

Not on the domoticz side I guess...

I started experimenting wit Node-red and mosquito and forecast.io for a workaround on this :)
