Hi,
Is possible configure a dummy device with modbus switches and modbus power meter
with pymodbus based script with a similar
http://openenergymonitor.org/emon/sites ... on.py_.txt
and usb-rs485 CH340 chip '/dev/ttyUSB0' ?

Any application example on that?
I want to control and read a RS485-connected machine too, by representing it as a domoticz virtual device, via that usb-rs485 converter.

Hi,
I also looking for how to control device trought RS-485 ModBus.
How is possible to send from dummy switch from Domoticz information with ModBus string: 0x01 0x05 0x00 0x00 0xFF 0x00 0x8C 0x3A
This string define press switch button which should be send to my home automation.
I want to control my device via usb-rs-485 converter.
