Ikea Ansluta remote (2.4GHz)

I'm considering to use Ikea kitchen lighting.
This can be remote controlled by the Ansluta remote, working on 2.4GHz. http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/80288328/

Does anyone have any experience with controlling this from Domoticz?

Maybe with the RFLink project. It has a nRF24L01+ transceiver on board for 2,4Ghz communications.
But it is not used yet in the code of the RFLink.

That would be nice, and if implemented, for me a reason to buy one.

Is this already available?
I ordered an RFLink, but are still waiting for the rest I need from China.

Indeed this is now working in the RFLink lab.. both receive and transmit.

See the wiring page on www.nemcon.nl/blog2
Near the bottom it shows 3 working CC2500 modules...

Or can i use all the new stuff?

You need to add the CC2500 and since that one does not like the 5 volt signals you also need to add a level shifter inbteween the signals.
Like these: https://nl.aliexpress.com/item/5PCS-IIC ... 21005.html

I have a 433Mhz RFLink per-soldered and a NRF24L01 on top of it.
I was under the impression the NRF24L01 was also a 2.4GHz tranceiver?

Yes, the NRF24 is also 2.4 Ghz but can not handle the modulation required for the additional devices..
We will soon also be adding support for the CC1101 - 868 mhz transceiver

Ok.
Is there a solderless solution I can plug in the existing board?

Well, I have a working RFLink (without CC2500 though) and some Ansluta stuff, so I'm ready to try it out as soon as it's available.
(And hopefully doable without much soldering).

@ Stuntteam,

Please can you ad some more details.
i do not understand what i need to solder and the diff rents between NRF24 for Ikea and the NRF24 for the Milight..?
Example what is my NRF24 now for?

RFlink is modular.. this means you can hook various transceivers to the mega and use their different abilities.
Milight communication is done using a NRF24L01.
Ikea Ansluta communication is done with a CC2500 transceiver. The reason that it does not work with the NRF as well is because a different form of modulation is used, modulations is the way 2 sides talk to eachother..

I see that the cc1101 is also capable of 433 mhz. Will this mean that we don't need the default tranceiver anymore.

I ordered a cc in advance for my ws4000 weather station.

No, although the chip itself can handle multiple frequencies, the modules that contain the cc1101 have additional hardware that limits the frequency.
For now we are working on the 868 mhz version to add support for various devices that are so far unsupported..

I ordered this module:

https://nl.aliexpress.com/item/CC1101-W ... bff814a668

It states more freq. Bit confusing. I understand that the RF part in some cases would need to change.
