When i press the (test) button on the smoke alarm, the domoticz-status is changed to 'on'.
But is there any way to trigger the alarms from domoticz? This way i can sync them so they all go off simultaneously?

Code: Select all
commandArray = {}
if (devicechanged['PIR'] == 'On')
then
print('Motion detected')
commandArray['SendNotification']='Motion detected#Motion detected somewhere!#2'
commandArray['SMOKEDETECTOR']='On'
end
return commandArray
And where do i have to place this?D'rMorris wrote:Yes, there is. For example, if you have a PIR and you want the smoke detector to go off on motion you use:
Code: Select all
commandArray = {} if (devicechanged['PIR'] == 'On') then print('Motion detected') commandArray['SendNotification']='Motion detected#Motion detected somewhere!#2' commandArray['SMOKEDETECTOR']='On' end return commandArray

It should be shown as a KD-101 and a fire icon, not a switch. Perhaps you can post a screenshot of the culprit?arjanvdwiel wrote:The smoke detector is shown as a switch. When i switch it 'on' in domoticz, it doesnt start beeping..
So i guess a lua script wont work..
