DzVents version mismatch

Hello,
The last version 2026.4 of domoticz includes a new version of dzvents 3.1.13

A grep suggests that 3.1.13 is running, which is in line with the domoticz version :

pi@Domoticz:~ $ grep -R -n '3.1.1' /home/pi/domoticz/dzVents

But the version reported by domoticz in the system information is 3.1.11

Not a bug in what's running - just a stale version string. On the 2026.4 tag in the domoticz/domoticz GitHub repo, the bundled dzVents runtime really is 3.1.13 (dzVents/runtime/Utils.lua, DZVERSION = '3.1.13'). The number in system information comes from a separate hardcoded constant in the C++ source, main/dzVents.cpp line 47 (m_version("3.1.11")), which GetVersion() exposes to the UI - and that constant wasn't bumped for 2026.4 (it's still 3.1.11 on the development branch as well). So dzVents 3.1.13 is what actually executes; the system info display is simply out of date. Might be worth a small GitHub issue so the constant gets bumped in a future release.

I suspected a reason like that. The 2026.4 has 3.1.13 on board and there is no reason it runs an earlier version.
It was just to report a misleading information in the system information.

Cannot post a small github issue which actually concerns the beta release, not the stable. Hope it will be corrected in future release.

By the way, DzVents history version page in the wiki is still at 3.1.12 https://wiki.domoticz.com/DzVents_version_History
