Python plugin: LG ThinQ washers and dryers

Domoticz plugin for LG ThinQ washers and dryers.

The plugin uses the official LG ThinQ Connect API for appliance status and can optionally use WideQ only to retrieve the current cycle/program name when LG does not expose it through the official API.
