You appear to be offline

Hello, for some time now, I haven't been able to connect to Domoticz from outside my network. I get the following message: "You appear to be offline. Please check your network connection and try again [Retry]." It seems that Let's Encrypt certificates are no longer being accepted. I tried reinstalling Let's Encrypt and Certbot using the "Native secure access with Let's Encrypt" Wiki procedure, but that process appears to be obsolete: I get errors like "sudo: /etc/letsencrypt/letsencrypt-auto: command not found" or "sudo snap install -U --beta certbot-dns-duckdns; error: unknown flag `U'."
What can I do to access Domoticz remotely?
Note that I am using DuckDNS.

And you just forwarded a port to your Domoticz instance?
Maybe it is a issue with your routers port forward?
I would actually not forward Domoticz to the outside world on your router at all.
I am using wireguard, connect via the wireguard client to your local network from the outside, and you can access any machine as if it's local

I leave the wireguard VPN open on my mobile most of the time... and when configured correct, it will only go via the vpn when a certain ip address is requested (like 192.168.23.xx)

Yes but I have two sites (my private home and another secondary home) and I have to disconnect and reconnect each time I want to connect to the wanted domoticz.
