Cannot update Domoticz: cloudflare protection on the website

Hi.
I believe that cloudflare protection should be disabled for
https://www.domoticz.com/download.php because it's now impossible to download domoticz using wget (but it works from the web browser).

I understand... but I have a suggestion:
* add download2.php without cloudflare protection
* setting a specific user-agent on wget and domoticz (wget --user-agent=domoticz_download)
* and making a .htaccess that return 404 to other user-agents accessing the /download2.php

i can only create 5 rules... and they are all used
I can combine some... I have a look at it, thanks!
