Hi, I tested several scenarios and for the wizard there would be 2 more complex suggestions:
1. For text sensors there is only the on and off condition like a normal switch, but they can take any value, so it would be good to have an additional field (like a level switch) where the value can be entered. The same situation for variables, it can only be used when the variable is updated.
Maybe it would be ideal to have conditions depending on the type of switch/sensor and I will give an example the air conditioner has several switches, power (which can be used in the wizard), but it has a selector type to set the operating mode heating, cooling, ventilation an others for which there is no condition. That's why maybe it would be good if they loaded these values after selecting the device so that they could be selected depending on each device.
2. Support for multiple conditions of type "and" and "or"
Thanks!

Re: Wizard suggestions
For Variables (and selector switches) there is already a PR available. https://github.com/domoticz/domoticz/pull/6904
Text devices are difficult to use for conditions. Use Selector switches when you want to monitor modes of a device.
And else extend the dzvents script with the text device check yourself.
Using "and" or "or" conditions would complicate the current simple user interface. Then it is better to start programming yourself.
There is one possibility.
When you set the trigger on a device with a specific value (eg selector switch 1 has value "Auto") then you can set a condition for another switch or variable and it will become an "and" condition in the script.

Re: Wizard suggestions
Good to know that there is a PR for this on the way, because I also I had to struggle with the current limitation recently. The new wizard seems to grow and really becomes a better alternative to blockly. Thanks!
Stop, look and listen.
