OWM rain rate not showing in dashboard

OWM rain rate not showing in dashboard
I noticed the rain rate does not appear in the dashboard widget (OWM precipitation device). Is this the intended behavior? I would guess it's a bug.
It does appear in the Weather tab and the mobile dashboard.
