Re-pair without access to the device?

In the past week, I finally migrated from Buster to Bookworm, and with that to new versions of Domoticz and Zigbee4Domoticz.
It took a bit of creativity to migrate the existing devices, but I now have them all.
After starting the new version, I found four temperature devices that show up as "not-optimized". I knew that, and expected that to be resolved with the new plugin version.
I had to physically reset the devices after removing them vrom Domoticz and Zigbee. They were then accepted.
So far, so good.

One device is left, it is somewhere in my garage and I can't find it... so I can't re-set it! ;)
Is there a way in the plugin to reset this?

This is the error I see:

Code: Select all

2025-11-05 11:56:58.646 Error: ZigbeeConbee: This device is not correctly configured, please contact us with the here after information
2025-11-05 11:56:58.700 Error: ZigbeeConbee: - Device 27f7
2025-11-05 11:56:58.719 Error: ZigbeeConbee: - Model TS0601
2025-11-05 11:56:58.728 Error: ZigbeeConbee: - Manufacturer _TZE200_a8sdabtg
The device works OK, so it is not urgent...

You can remove all related devices from Domoticz (it could be Temp+Hum, Temp and a Hum device). That will trigger a deleting and unpair from Zigbee stick.
Then you have to pair the temperature device again. But then you have to find it. it will not pair automatically.

That was what I was afraid of. Ihandled the other three that way...

So there is no way to force re-pairing from the host side? Of can I update the device info somewhere?

Problem is gone.
I walked into the garage with an open mind, thinking "where would I install a new temp sensor".
Right next to the Zigbee smoke detector would be a logical place, and there it was... made me feel silly.
