Hello
My Domotiz is an old Version: 2022.2 (build 14855).
My Qubino Rele has failed, it's dead
So I want ot replace it with a Shelly Wave 2P.
Will my DomoticZ recognize and include the new device?
Could I made the change?
Thanks

Are you using the old/legacy zwave integration?
If so, for a device that came after openzwave being abandonned you'll have to build the config file that should not exist.
Qubino devices had good documentation allowing such addition in the past & using existing files as an exemple made these changes doable...
Other option would be migration to current zwavejs labyrinthine stuff.

Yes, I was thinking along those lines updating, or rather reinstalling everything because I would need to install a new 64-bit OS, and the Domoticz installation process is quite complicated.
Would it be possible to create this XML file from the old Qubino one? Is there an example of this somewhere?
Thanks

I had to create a couple of such files only, but was able to do so using provided documentation (parameters format & possible values...) and examples that can be found from existing XML from same manufacturer (or not) closely matching devices. After this is just also a line to have nex devices IDs point the nex added config file in manufacturer_specific...
Configs are in ~/domoticz/Config/ with a directory per manufacturer from there.
You can also go for new integration but IMO better reinstall with old one before as you'll then be able to switch back in case of issue (and some can show up in the mid to long term!). I did not do this myself as I find new integration really complex & have some devices known not to be handled correctly by zwavejs (like the Qubino Smart-Meter at the head of my house electric breakers panel): So I just kept zwave legacy integration & switched to zigbee for new devices additiions (using Z4D instead of Z2MQTT to avoid MQTT layer that can't be avoided with zwavejs).
In case documentation is not enough to write the XML, on zwave-alliance site you can find such data as they do interoperability/certification checks (something that does not exist for zigbee, unfortunately):
https://products.z-wavealliance.org/
For Shelly-Qubino (you have pre-buyout devices at "Qubino" also), you may find your relay data here:
https://products.z-wavealliance.org/?_z ... lly-qubino
All useful data (parameters, association groups...) should be there as well as manufacturer documents at certification date.
