Is Prowl down?

It looks like Prowl (or Heroku) is currently down, and when sending a notification with Prowl I get these elaborate error messages:

Code: Select all

As Prowl was never down before, I never saw the generated errors. Isn't there a nicer/cleaner way of indicating the error that Prowl (Heroku) is down?

I just tried to send a prowl notification and this was send successfully
Maybe it was a temporarily issue

Sure I can log a message like "failed sending the message", but this is the response from prowl and could maybe tell you more about the error
(Not in this case)

Another notification system I like these days is PushOver, platform independent and has also desktop support.

There was definitley an issue yesterday, I was getting notifications very late on my iphone screen but when i tried to open prowl it could not update the notification log and eventually showed an error. Started working again correctly yesterday evening, seems OK since.

Indeed I can confirm it was temporarily somewhere between 4pm-5pm yesterday. After that it worked again. I had the same issue that Prowl app was not updating anymore during the down-time and I got these error messages in Domoticz Error log.
