Domoticz

Hi all,
I am trying to make a new domoticz install, new Domoticz 2025.1 stable on Bookworm, RPi 3B+. Everything seems to work ok but only the Z4D plugin starts with an error.
I have tried the suggestion in red, but that doens't resolve. What could be the problem?
This setup runs without problems on Bullseye.

I have followed this procedure, Zigbee is working now.
