Icon Builder broken

Hi all,

Can anyone else confirm?

I've been trying, unsuccesfully, to produce custom Icons using the online builder.

I select the graphics for On and Off switches and hit 'Generate ZIP'.

The ZIP file is produced but Domoticz produces an error when trying to upload to the Server.

Issue - As far as I can tell..

Domiticz seems to require 48x48 pixel Icons, yet the Icons produced by the online generator are actually 50x50 pixels.

I'm not sure if this is the only issue going on here..

For further info, I am using a Windows based machine to access the online Icon builder and attempting to upload to a Rpi4 Domiticz Server.

Further to this,

When I downloaded a 'Plug.Zip' test icon pack from another thread here, using the same Windows based machine, and then uploading that
archive to the Rpi Domoticz Server, it works fine - The Icons in the Plug.Zip pack are 48x48 pixels.

The problem does seem to be that the online Icon generator is producing 50x50 pixel Icons that Domiticz rejects on upload.

Can confirm it is the pixel number causing the issues.

I unzipped the online generated icon archive, loaded the three icon images into Paint, changed the image pixel size from 50x50 to 48x48 & 16x16, re-Zipped and then the archive can be ingested into Domoticz just fine.

So, if this bug/problem has been known about for over 12 months and the icon builder is still presented as a viable way to import custom icons into Domoticz - Isn't that a problem in itself?

Shouldn't the icon generator be de-listed, from the Domoticz wiki/site, until such time as it is fixed?

I realise Domoticz is an open source platform and there is no financial incentive to fix bugs like this, but these issues do not help to attract new, or retain existing, users.
