I realise dzVents is far more versatile than Blockly however I just wondered if there was any difference in response times to a command. i.e if you had a simply blockly to toggle a light on each press of a button and the same in a script in dzvents would you notice a difference ?
Thanks
Blockly or dzVents

Should not be a noticeable difference I suppose.
Do you see differences?

Re: Blockly or dzVents
I don't think so, I'm just slowly changing from blockly to dzVent and you know what it's like when you've swapped something and you start thinking was this like this before ?

Re: Blockly or dzVents
You can see the reaction time of the scripts in the log. So look at the time difference between switching the switch and start time of the script. Not sure about Blockly but for dzvents scripts the start and end of the scripts are logged.

Re: Blockly or dzVents
I remember when I started moving from Blockly to dzvents it seemed like my cpu use went up. However dzvents is much much more powerful and I found I came up against Blockly's limits pretty quickly.
