Data logging despite device turned off: creating a big database

Good morning,
I have a Power meter (Tuya - PJ-1203A) connected to domoticz by Zigbee2MQTT auto discovery. It generate every minute two "timestamps a & b". I switched off the devices (which generates the timestamps) in Setup - devices. Still they log the timestamp into my database which will become very big. When I delete the devices they automatically pop up again in the device list
Does anyone have a solution for this
