Hello,
I've got the watermeter of HomeWizard installed and works fine. Now I want to integrate this device into Domoticz but therefor I need the IP address. Can someone tell how to determine this IP address? I'm a beginner with Domoticz so please keep it simple

The easiest way is to find it through the web interface of your network router.
There should be a list of all connected devices including your domoticz server and the watermeter. Where this page is depends on your network router brand.
While you are there als make it a fixed (static) IP so when you have network issues the watermeter (and Domoticz) will use the same IP as before.

Thanks waltvl, I knew the network router should show this information but it didn't so I was in doubt. After rebooting the router it showed me the information. Thanks again for the quick reaction.
