Yesterday, I became aware, that the rest of my family can't open the Energy Dashboard on their devices. Reason: They are logged in as users, not as admins.

Suggestion: Include it into the settings menu also for "simple" users. I think that would be reasonable, as it is only an information rather than something to adjust.

In Latest Beta this is already fixed so will be in the next stable when released.
