I have a Tasmota GU10 RGBCW led bulb. (https://www.athom.tech/blank-1/gu10-rgbcw)

It works perfectly with Domoticz, i can control the colors and turn it on/off.

But i want to control the colors from a wall switch. Is there any way to have a wall switch communicate with the bulb or to domoticz?

Sure. You can use e.g. a Klik-Aan-Klik-Uit transmitter to control a dummy device in Domoticz and then use on (dummy) device change scripting to send commands to the Tasmota device.

Is a wall panel like this compatible with Domoticz?

Depends on the protocol it uses. It's not listed as a supported device by RFXCOM

I was thinking less fancy. Like a klik-aan-klik-uit wall mount switch and then program Domoticz to respond to signals as follows:
  • click top for on, bottom for off
  • hold top for increase brightness/colour, hold bottom for decrease
  • if on, click top for toggle mode between brightness and colour
