Hi.
Just bought zigbee smart lights from lidl.
I can pair with domoticz
I can pair with lidl-app
but not together
is there somewhere some data for this or isnot this possible?

A zigbee device can be paired with only one coördinator ( eg Lidl Hub or USB Zigbee stick) on the same time.

Walter you'r right. Meantioned 'from app' as it was done via the app.
So far so good. I hoped for some similar to KAKU which has the possibility to control lights both from DZ as well as KAKU remote control. Just to meet WAF factor.

Lidl lights come with zigbee remote control. Next step to look for integration that one into Domoticz.

On the Lidl gateway there is a RJ45-ethernet port.

I know but that is to use a 'lidl' cloud.
Waltervl informed me zigbee devices can be connected to just one coördinator.

He is right, but you can have 1 coordinator (so one gateway) managed by an application, that make a public network, and third app can connect to it.
It's like that that work the ikea gateway, or the HUE one, or deconz.
Thoses gateway work in stand alone mode, using 1 gateway, but you can connect on the same HUE gateway, domotiz, your phone, your TV, and Home assistant in same time.

Honnestly I don't know the lidl zigbee network, and if it have an API usable by third app.

Not existing don't mean not possible. We are on domoticz ^^, I think it's one the easier application to develop plugin.

Is there a public API for the Lidl bridge/hub? I am not aware of one. If not it will take a lot of effort and alternatives are already available (skip Lidl bridge and buy hue bridge or use another existing zigbee integration)

OK, no out of the box API/integration, you have to hack it.

Yes, it's more complex than for the ikea/philips one.
Less friendly and more dangerous.
