Pelletstofe Contact

For my future pellet stove I am looking for a make contact.
This contact must be compatible with Domoticz, ZWave or RfxcomE.

If I did have the contact, the pelletstofe is simple tocontrol with automation.

A make contact for what?

A (door) sensor? A threeway water valve, an on/off power switch?
Is it a sensor or an actuator?

If you are using it with something dangerous like a pellet stove you really should take care of the stability of the system.

An open contact is I just do an on and off switch, which provides the heater powervoltage. [ Says a friendly electrician  ]

So probably it could be a Kaku or ZWave switch.

Saturday I'm probably going to a show for the pelletstaofe and then i hope to know more. ;) ;) ;)

You would need a floating contact (potentiaalvrij), but I am not sure if there is a CoCo or ZWave switch with such a type of relay.
Otherwise you need to make one yourself. You could use the GPIO of the Pi with a relay board or you could use a CoCo switch to activate a power supply which in turn switches a relay.

The RFXtrx433(E) can control these wireless relays. IMPORTANT: order a 433MHz version

12V version:

220V version:

@ Bert

I ordered them both .. Who knows what I can do even more ..
So I hope it will be fine. [I have the stove not yet:-)]
Saturday I know more.

To be continued ..

There is no potential free Coco/Klikaanklikuit relais or contact, but a ACM-1000 can be modified to a potential free contact.
I took one apart and disconnected the internal relay from the mains and wired it to the external contacts.
To do this you have to do some cutting and soldering on the pcb.

I used mine to switch on and off our thermostat in car we are not at home or on a holiday.
(The tele function on a Honeywell thermostat)

Works perfectly!

I just made some pictures of an unmodified ACM-1000 and a modified ACM-1000.
The tutorial is on the making!

Do you have a sollution?

I want the same here with my pelletsstove.

What did i do:

create a on button in domoticz
off delay 3,5 sec
gpio 17 installed and switching on the puls-on button.
created a relaycontact input on the stoves on-button.
When i push the on-button in domoticz manual the stove goes on.
When i push the on-button again after a certain time the stove goes off.

so far so good

i did make a Blocky with switch parameters (temperature boiler low) for the switch-on-button.
My problem is blocky checks every 30sec the parameters and sends a new 3.5sec puls to the relay where i want only 1 time puls to start my stove. The same puls is also used for switching off the stove.

Is it possible to send a 1 time puls (or block after 1 puls) while parameters in blocky are valid.

regards Eric

Mwhaaa.

I do not have it working yet...
I want to try is with a esp..

Do set a arduino near your stove?
Or a RPi?

I do nut understand how you did this..

like to....

gpio 17 wire to relayboard behind the stove.
Connect 2 wires to the on-button of the stove (not the main switch)

1-wire sensors to messure the boilers temperature.

i want to puls-on the stove for boiler-temp low and again puls-on the stove when then boiler-temp is high.

my house is full with utp cable so "no" the rpi is somewhere else
