Which is the default QOS for message in MQTT Autodiscovery?
Is it possible to set values as 1 or 2 ?

There is not setting in the hardware page to set QoS So it will the default of 0.
You could change the default of the broker, but in a ethernet environment the default of 0 will be sufficient.
