Control BDR91 directly from domoticz without evohome controller

Hi
My heating system is controlled via a couple of BDR91 relays, currently controlled by separate programmable thermostats that are dying. I am looking to replace the thermostats with a homebrew system, ie implement the temperature schedule and thermostat cycle myself, rather than replacing them with an off the shelf controller like evohome.
I have set up evohome in domotizc and can see the two relay states as they are turned on and off by the old thermostats. My question is can domoticz send out ramses commands to control the relays, if I rebind them to my evofw3 radio or by getting the evofw3 to emulate the controller ID of the old thermostats?
