Domoticz

Hi all,

I make a lot of use of voice control via my Apple Home app.
It connects to HomeBridge-eDomoticz plugin and that one connects to MQTT Client gateway Domoticz.
It's working perfectly.

Apple has upgraded the infrastructure within the homekit. I get the message in the Home app, to upgrade to the new infrastructure this will improve the performance and introduces new functionality.

Is it save to upgrade?
Will it not break my communication with the HomeBridge-eDomoticz and in the end my devices in Domoticz are not updated anymore?

Thanks for the reference to the other thread, but my topic was not discussed in this thread.

My question is about the Apple Home app: If you choose to upgrade then there is no way back.
Did anyone upgrade and the integration was not broken with HomeBridge?

I am using domoticz a lot with dzVents scripts and voice control via Apple Siri.
