2 way switching

I know you can do 2 way switching by toggling a wired zigbee switch with a wireless battery operated switch however is there a way to do it with 2 wired switches, the reason being the following.
I want my first floor switch to be mains powered so I can invert the LED status so the LED will be lit when lamp / switch is off, this means you can find the switch in the dark.
My ground floor switch is a 2 gang which also needs to be mains powered as one gang will control the hall light and the other needs to control the first floor light as well so it can be turned on and off from downstairs as well as upstairs, this switch also needs the LEDs to be lit when the switch is off.
The down stairs 2 gang can get power from just it's hall light connection but how do I syncronise the other 2.

Thanks

It is in Dutch but possible google translate will do the job on how to convert your existing 2way wired stair case switch ( we call it hotelschakeling) https://www.robbshop.nl/domotica/projec ... schakeling

Thanks for the reply however I really need to syncronise zigbee switches, basically I need them to set to the same state as which ever one changed last, there must be a way of doing this, just not sure how.

Then you have to do some dzVents scripting I suppose but be careful not to run into race conditions (one switch switching the other, switching the other etc).
