I'm facing the problem that a Philipps Hue Motion sensor is dicovered and listed at the Device List but does not show up at the Utilities,.. sections. Can someone give me a hint? I'm using Version 2023-2

You probably have devices assigned for device sharing to your user account in menu Setup - Users.
If you are an admin please remove all these devices from the assigned devices list. Then all devices will show up in the appropriate Tab. For device sharing use a separate user with read access.
