i am not skill in radio frequency
i would like to build a gateway between my homeautomation system (like domoticz ) and my somfy technology Radio Somfy RTS 433,42 MHz (like blinds, shutter, etc).
i can manage my somfy RTS equipments with my remote control but it should be great to manage with my homeautomation system

What is the best choice to build such gateway ?
Do you have links for my to start ?

Well, the best way depends on your situation (wishes and devices), but I use RFXcom rfxtrx 433 lan. Mostly for the RTS Somfy blinds, but also some kaku switches and rubicson temp and hum devices.

if i buy RFX433 Usb device
is it possible to connect it to a raspberry pi ?
do i have to load a special firmware on that device ?

Yes, no problem connecting it to your pi.

what kind of rfxcom to buy ?
Is there different type or just one version ?

Somfy RTS is supported by the older RFXtrx433E and RFXtrx433XL.

The new RFXusb-RFX433, RFX433XL-Wifi and RFXtrxLAN-RFX433 support Somfy RTS but now also Brel bi-directional.
In addition you can receive and control many other 433.92MHz sensors, fans and appliance modules. See chapter 2.2 in the RFXtrx User Guide.
