Hi all,
I'm new in this comunity but I use DZ for 5 years.
I have integration with Alexa through Alhau skill.
so far I didn't need to controll a switch type "selector" with Alexa so I didn't check so deep on what devices were discovered by Alexa through Alhau.

Now I see that one switch selector created by a Dummy virtual switch HW has not been discovered by Alexa; I don't understand why since other switch selector such as "Fan Speed" created from the LG plugin for AirCondition has been discovered and it works on Alexa.

Anyone can help me please ?

I think it is not supported by Alhau. But you better ask this on their forum http://alhau.free-bb.fr/

I opened a wen topic on Alahu but I think that I won't have any answer from Alhau support.
I see topic with no answer since a long time....

I have to start thinking to a workaround, maybe splitting those switch selector in 3 single switch that are recognized easy by Alhau skill.

I don't have any other ideas in mind, if someone experienced the same issue and has found a fix please share it

Hello to everyone again,
I found the different between the switch selector created by the LG plugin and my "switch Selector" created from Dummy virtual Sensor.

basically, in order to be discovered by Alhau, thus by Alexa, a Switch Selector must be created as "Selector Switch" directly from the HW Tab.
my mistake was, to have created previously a simple "Switch" and set then as type "Selector" from the switches Tab under the switch settings.
Likely this type for a normal switch cannot be discovered by Alahu skill.
