Ghost devices created

I‘m running into issues with the MQTT AD hardware, zwavejsUI with mosquito. In addition I try to integrate some other devices from iobroker to domoticz via MQTT and the MQTT Mapper plugin.
So I have another subscriber that sends with the topic „smartmeter/…/„. Unfortunately when I activate the MQTT instance in domoticz the AD creates several of new devices each night. (Around 04:xx). But this devices are non functional / ghosts. The AD hardware then throws the error like device without topic.
I‘m not aware that the iobroker instance sending to the AD topic „homeassistent“.
Can somebody explain this behavior?
