Getting pop-up for IP cam from script

Hi.
In Dz i have 4 cams. On mouse over that icon there is a code:
By pressing on icon we can see popup window with video stream for each cam.
So, can I get this pop up from script for any event (switch on/off, moving sensor etc.) ?
Help please.
