After re-installing the latest Domoticz onto a new Raspberry Pi and then restoring the old database some of the switches were missing. I tried adding a new one manually but that doesn't show either. However they all show in the device list when adding devices to a scene. Can anyone help me get them to display as switches again?

There is/was a bug in 2023.1 with rooms and device order. Then you have to update to latest beta.
But it could also be a caching issue, solve it by removing your browser cache.
Also it could be related to users and security settings so check security settings in setup-settings tab security and menu setup users (as a user admin is created by defaul).

Thanks for the response. I have tried updating to the latest beta and clearing my browser cash but I still can't see the switches. I don't understand the comment about being related to security settings and users, could you please expand.

one other point is that I have the Android app and they show under switches in that!
