Zwave problem after install Domoticz 2023.1

We have open zwave with usb controller on a rasbian 11 with Domoticz 2023.1
4 Quibino modules but 1 gives problems.
From all Qubinos i can see devices but from one that is not working.
When i switch to on nothing happens.

In domoticz 4.10717 it works fine. That Qubino which gives problems makes 2 devices in 4.10717 Domoticz.
In 2023..1 only 1 device but don't switch the light on.

Who can help us?

Nobody for a solution for Qubino Flush 1d Relay Z-Wave 2300w

I can see in Domticz the switch but it do not switch the Relay.

Is it possible to solve this problem in Domoticz 2023.1?
