Are you using ZWaveJS-UI? If not, there have been no development on OpenZWave neither is there any development in Domoticz related to OZW.
Maybe it is a problem with the mesh network, or a faulty sensor. But I would try with ZWaveJS-UI

I have similar issue that appeared after years of use on a Qubino Smart-Meter: If my house main power is lost (fortunately not so often), looks it now does not keeps internal parameters anymore (maybe some device flash memory ageing issue, so only current parameter set in RAM can be kept... until a power-cut). So everything goes back to defaults and I don't see updates with configured thresholds+times. Relay commands settings are also lost so cannot be switched anymore (+ no more load-shedding as well).
Refresh node-info and reconfiguring => Everything back as expected.
IMO, this may be device issue.

thanks for your answers, suddenly it stated to update again, but it seems like it updates sporadically, i think i will have to exclude and include it again.
